Сторони узгодили заявлену Споживачем величину споживання теплової енергії на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, але не пізніше ніж до 31.03.2022 р. в обсязі 31.44259 Гкал, що в коштовному вираженні становить 93372.62 грн., ПДВ 18674.52 грн., усього 112047.14 грн. Додаткову угоду від 21.01.2022 до Договору вважати недійсною.
