У зв’язку з допущенням помилки в додатковій угоді №1 до Договору №1248 від 12.04.2019р., а саме: зазначення неправильної ціни за одиницю продукції, сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю продукції не більше 10%, після чого вона становить: 1,56 грн. за одиницю (з ПДВ), в результаті чого об’єм закупівлі скоротиться і за рахунок округлення кількості до цілої одиниці, суму договору зменшено на : Нуль гривень 48 копiйок, після чого загальна сума закупівлі становить: 143999,52грн. з ПДВ (Сто сорок три тисячi дев`ятсот дев`яносто дев`ять гривень 52 копiйки), специфікацію до договору викласти в новій редакції.
