Note:
У звязку з різкою зміною біржових котирувань ціни електричної енергії за даними ДП «Оператор ринку», сторони дійшли згоди щодо зміни ціни за одиницю товару з 01.09.2021 року у бік збільшення на 37,18% від попередньої ціни до здорожчання такого товару на ринку, без збільшення загальної вартості Договору, за рахунок зменшення обсягів закупівлі, у звязку з чим внести відповідні зміни до Договору, а саме: 1) П.п.7 п.13 Додатку №2 до Договору доповнити новим абзацом; 2) П.2.2 Розділу 2 Договору викласти в новій редакції; 3) Розділ «Замовлене місячне споживання електричної енергії (активної)» Додатку 1 до Договору викласти в новій редакції; 4) П.1 Додатку 2 до Договору викласти в новій редакції.
