У зв’язку із коригуванням проєктної документації та зміною розміру кошторисної заробітної плати згідно з наказом Міністерства регіонального розвитку, будівництва та житлово – комунального господарства України від 20.10.2016 № 281 «Про затвердження Порядку розрахунку розміру кошторисної заробітної плати, який враховується при визначенні вартості будівництва об’єкта» (зі змінами), що призвело до зміни вартості робіт, згідно пунктів 3.2 та 11.1 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити ціну Договору та вартість робіт, які доручаються Підряднику у поточному році на суму 8 591 471,78 грн, зменшити зобов’язання поточного року на суму 1 500 000,00 грн.
