1.Сторони дійшли згоди з 01,12,2017 року викласти пункт 3,2 Договору у наступній редакції: "3.2. Ціна газу становить 8 667,10 грн. на 1000 куб.м, крім того ПДВ 1 733,42 грн., всього з ПДВ-10 400,52 грн. (Десять тисяч чотириста гривень 52 копійки)".
2. Решта умов цього Договору залишається незмінною і обов'язковою для виконання сторонами.
3.Сторонами досягнуто згоди, що в силу положень частини 3 статті 631 Цивільного кодексу України, умови цієї Додаткової угоди застосовуються між Сторонами, а саме з "01" грудня 2017 року.

Керуючись погодженнями частини5 статті 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015р. №922-VIII та пункту 11.3 договору на постачання природного газу від 20.01.2017 року №114101RFHJBB017 (далі Договір), Сторони домовились продовжити строк дії Договору та виконання зобов'язань щодо закупівлі товару під кодом 06.20.1-газ природний; 09120000(природний газ) до 31 січня 2018 року-строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі вказаного предмету закупівлі на початку 2018року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у п. 3.6. Договору, відповідно до затверджених у встановленому порядку на цю мету видатків, а саме 250813,40грн з ПДВ.
