Відповідно до вимог п.7 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIII (зі змінами) сторони дійшли згоди п.5.2 частини 5 Договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу від 24 листопада2021року № 64056 викласти в новій редакції :
1.Ціна з 01 січня 2022 року за 1 кВт/год електричної енергії за цим Договором становить 5,885964 в т.ч ПДВ-0,990994 грн.
2.Додаток №3 до Договору викласти у новій редакції,який є невід’ємною частиною Договору.

Виправити технічну помилку, яка допущена при внесенні змін та оприлюднення додаткової угоди № 3 від 18.01.2022 року до договору №64056 від 24.11.2021 року «Про постачання електричної енергії споживачу» за кодом ДК 021:2015 09310000-5-«Електрична енергія» унікальний номер закупівлі, присвоєний електронною системою закупівель UA-2021-11-03-014582-a методом корегування загальної суми договору, внесеної до електронних полів електронної системи закупівель. У зв’язку з тим ,що технічні можливості електронного майданчика « СМАРТТЕНДЕР» не дозволяють виправляти інформаціїю , корегувати дані після внесення змін та оприлюднення додаткової угоди № 3 від 18.01.2022 року до договору №64056 від 24.11.2021 року «Про постачання електричної енергії споживачу» за кодом ДК 021:2015 09310000-5-«Електрична енергія» унікальний номер закупівлі, присвоєний електронною системою закупівель № UA-2021-11-03-014582-a , виправити помилки у загальній сумі Договору на підставі ч.6 ст. 41 Закону ,якою передбачено, що дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди збільшити суму Договору на 26858,40 грн ( Двадцять шість тисяч вісімсот п’ятдесят вісім грн 40 коп) ,що не перевищує 20% суми ,визначеної в початковому Договорі про закупівлю ,укладеному у попередньому році.
