Фактична прична внесення змін - Керуючись пп. 5 та пп. 7 п. 5 ст. 41, Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та зв’язку наявністю підстав (зміни тарифу на послуги передачі електричної енергії НЕК «УКРЕНЕРГО» Постанова НКРЕКП від 09 грудня 2020 року 2353) Сторони дійшли згоди без зміни кількості обсягів, визначених Договорі викласти п. 5.1. та п. 5.2. Договору наступній редакції: «5.1. Розрахунки за поставлену Споживачеві електроенергію здійснюються за ціною, що встановлюється за підсумками проведеної процедури закупівлі.
Ціна за електричну енергію 2021 році складає 2,5574 грн. за 1 кіловат-годину (кВттод) ПДВ. Загальна вартість всього обсягу поставки складає 271 084,40 грн. (Двісті сімдесят одна тисяча вісімдесят чотири грн. 40 коп.) т.ч. ПДВ - 45 180,73 грн. (Додаток 1 Специфікація). 5.2. Ціна Товару включає себе вартість Тарифу на послуги оператора системи передачі щодо надання послуг передачі електричної енергії до точки розподілу становить 293,93 грн/МВт-год (без урахування податку на додану вартість) за 1 кіловат-годину (кВт»год) згідно постанови НКРЕКП 09.12.2020 року №2353, та складає 13,79% ціни товару за одиницю.»
