Note:
Сторони керуючись ст. ст. 651, 654 Цивільного кодексу України та п. 10.1 Договору дійшли згоди про таке:
1. Розділ 3 Договору "3. ЦІНА ДОГОВОРУ" викласти у наступній редакції:
"Ціна цього Договору встановлюється в нац. валюті та становить 889 598,29 грн (вісімсот вісімдесят дев'ять тисяч п'ятсот дев'яносто вісім гривень 29 копійок)......."
(Зміна ціни Договору про закупівлю у бік зменшення у зв'язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі).
2. Розділ 5 Договору "5. НАДАННЯ ПОСЛУГ" викласти у наступній редакції:
"5.1. Строк надання послуг: з 01 січня 2023 року до 15 січня 2023 року включно......"
3. Пункт 10.1. Розділу 10 Договору "10. СТРОК ДІЇ ДОГОВОРУ" викласти у наступній редакції:
"Цей Договір набирає чинності з 01 січня 2023 року і діє до 15 січня 2023 року включно, але у будь -якому випадку - до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань за цим Договором."
