Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити суму договору на 248200,16 грн. (двісті сорок вісім тисяч двісті грн. 16 коп.) Ціна договору у згідно з обсягами державного бюджетного фінансування становить 342669,10 грн. (триста сорок дві тисячі шістсот шістдесят дев'ять грн. 10 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 57111,52 грн. (п’ятдесят сім тисяч сто одинадцять грн. 52 коп.). Джерелом фінансування є : - кошти місцевого бюджету в сумі - 296085,86 грн. - кошти від відшкодування електроенергії орендарями – 46583,24 грн.» Обсяги електричної енергії на 2023 рік викласти в новій редакції.
