У разі продовження дії воєнного стану, дія Договору автоматично продовжується на період, на який продовжено воєнний стан, але Договір припиняє свою дію 31 грудня 2022 року. А в частині виконання фінансових зобов'язань Договір діє до повного розрахунку між Сторонами."
