Керуючись п. 2 ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та пунктом 3.6 Договору Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару – фруктові соки (ДК 021:2015: 15320000-7 – фруктові та овочеві соки), не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору. Фруктові соки - 26,40 грн.
