Ця Додаткова угода №4 від 17.07.2024 року має відношення до розірвання Договору та припинення відносин з 10.08.2024 року. Тому не маючи іншого виходу, з урахуванням положення статті 10 ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" Замовник вимушений подати цю Додаткову угоду з обранням бодай хоч якоїсь підстави, тому насправді зміст Додаткової угоди відображає розірвання Договору, яке відбудеться пізніше дати укладання самої угоди.
