Відповідно до пп.1, пп.2 ч.4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та на підставі п. 3.5 Договору № 2222 від 01.03.2019р., у зв`язку зі збільшенням середньої ринкової ціни на Товар, сторони дійшли згоди про збільшення ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків та відповідно зменшення обсягу закупівлі та ціни Договору.

Керуючись ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони домовились продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі, відповідно п. 10.2 Договору, після затвердження у встановленому порядку бюджетних асигнувань для Замовника на фінансування закупівлі протягом 2020 року.

Керуючись п.8 ч.4 та ч. 5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», ст.ст. 651, 653, та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди №3 від 26.12.2019р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році.
