У зв’язку з затримкою фінансування витрат Замовника, Сторони дійшли взаємної згоди продовжити строк дії Договору №68/23/87р від 01.05.2023 р. до «30» червня 2024 р. та викласти п.9.1 Договору в наступній редакції:
«9.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами та діє до 30.06.2024 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами узятих на себе зобов’язань згідно Договору».
