« Служба автомобільних доріг у Луганській області, в особі начальника Цубера Павла Петровича, діючого на підставі „Положення про Службу автомобільних доріг у Луганській області”, яка не є платником податків і іменується в подальшому Замовник, з однієї сторони, і ОБЛАСНЕ КОМУНАЛЬНЕ ПІДПРИЄМСТВО "РЕГІОНАЛЬНЕ АГЕНТСТВО СПРИЯННЯ ІНВЕСТИЦІЯМ", в особі в.о. директора Симоненко Дмитра Володимировича, діючого на підставі Статуту, яке не є платником податку на прибуток та іменується в подальшому Підрядник, з іншої сторони, а разом пойменовані Сторони, уклали Договір про нижченаведене.»
