Виконання Договору було призупинено
у зв`язку з настанням форс-мажорних обставин (обставин непереборної сили) – військової агресії
Російської Федерації, що стало підставою для введення воєнного стану в Україні з 24.02.2022,
відповідно до Указу Президента України від 24.02.2022 №64/2022 «Про введення воєнного стану в
Україні» (зі змінами), засвідченими листом Торгово-промислової палати України від 28.02.2022
№2024/02.0-7.1. (лист вих.№07-06/22 від 14.06.2022 (вх.№1881 від 16.06.2022)) від ТОВ «АІМ
КОНСАЛТИНГ»).
З огляду на вищезазначене виникла потреба в продовженні строку (терміну) надання послуг
до 30.11.2022 та строку дії Договору до 31.12.2022, за умови продовження строку дії Банківської
гарантії до 12.04.2023 включно.
