згідно п.8 ч.5 та ч.6 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" Постачальник зобов’язується у 2023 році надати Замовнику послуги у обсязі, що не перевищує 20 % суми визначеної у Договорі, укладеному у попередньому році, а Замовник прийняти та оплатити Товар». Загальна вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 8731,20 грн.відповідно до умов Додаткової угоди 3 від 19.01.2023року.
