Замовник та Постачальник, керуючись нормами ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» чинного цивільного законодавства, прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору № 00519 від 18.07.2025 року до 31.03.2026 року для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі № 00519 від 18.07.2025 року.
2. Дана додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору № 00519 від 18.07.2025 року вважається укладеною і набирає чинності з 01.01.2026 року.
3. Інші умови Договору залишаються без змін.
4. Цю угоду складено у двох ідентичних примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної зі Сторін.
