Note:
1. Керуючись частиною 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та у зв’язку з продовженням строку дії Договору до «31» березня 2021 р., Сторони домовилися збільшити вартість Договору на 12 000 грн. (дванадцять тисяч гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ, що не перевищує 20 % суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю. 2. Внести зміни до п 2.1. Договору, та викласти його у наступній редакції: «2.1. Ціна цього Договору (вартість послуг за цим Договором) становить 72 100,00 грн. (сімдесят дві тисячі сто гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ, в т.ч. на 2021 рік – 12 000, 00 грн. (Дванадцять тисяч гривень 00 копійок) без ПДВ.»
