Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (збільшення ціни за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, - не частіше ніж один раз на 90 днів з моменту підписання договору про закупівлю) та пп. 2 п. 3.6., у зв’язку зі зміною середніх споживчих цін на окремі продукти харчування, які реалізовувались через торгову мережу Хмельницької області, в березні та квітні 2021 року, що підтверджено Листом Про надання інформації № 14.2-07/28ПІ від 19.05.2021 Головного управління статистики у Хмельницькій області, Сторони погодили змінити ціну на рафіновану олію (0,92) згідно умов Договору
