Керуючись ч.5 ст.36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VIII, сторони дійшли згоди щодо збільшення обсягів товару по Договору № 439 від «03» вересня 2019 р. на закупівлю товару за кодом ДК 021:2015:15540000-5 - Сирні продукти, а саме: «Сирні продукти» ДК 021:2015: 15540000-5 (Сир кисломолочний 10 % жирності), на 220 кг до 1321 кг.
Збільшити суму Договору № 439 від 03.09.2019р. на 15166,80 грн. з ПДВ.
