Note:
Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору, а саме:
1.1. Пункт 1.3. Договору викласти у наступній редакції:
"Теплова енергія поставляється Замовнику у кількості 111,7855 Гкал (для потреб опалення), згідно з додатком №1 до цього Договору".
1.2. Абзац 3 додатку №1 до Договору "Обсяги постачання теплової енергії Замовнику" викласти в наступній редакції: "Загальний обсяг теплової енергії по всіх обєктах теплоспоживання становить 111,7855 Гкал/рік".
1.3. В пункті 1.2. додатку №1 до Договору "Обсяги постачання теплової енергії Замовнику" визначили обсяг постачання товару (теплової енергії) по обєкту в листопаді 18,7866 Гкал, всього за 4 квартал 48,7855 Гкал.
1.4. Пункт 1.3. додатку №1 до Договору "Обсяги постачання теплової енергії Замовнику" викласти в наступній редакції:
"Замовник сплачує за теплову енергію згідно тарифів: Постачання теплової енергії - 4641,78 грн./Гкал - з 01..01.2025р. по 30.09.2025р., 4833,06 грн./Гкал - з 01.10.2025р.".
