Improvement of the quality of the subject of procurement provided that such improvement will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Note:
1. Викласти пункт "Термін дії Договору та умови пролонгації” Додатку №2 до до Договору № 31034-Т від 10 березня 2020 року: “до 31 грудня 2020 року. Керуючись ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України, Сторони домовились, що умови даного Договору застосовуються до відносин між Сторонами, які виникли до укладання Договору, з “01” березня 2020 року.
В разі, якщо жодна із Сторін протягом 10 календарних днів до дати закінчення дії Договору не повідомить іншу Сторону про свій намір його розірвати, цей Договір автоматично вважається подовженим на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у Додатку №3 до цього Договору “Порядок визначення вартості електричної енергії Споживачам, які здійснюють закупівлю за державні кошти”, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджено в установленому порядку.”
2. Всі інші умови вищевказаного Договору залишаються незмінними.
