У зв'зку з введенням в дію розпорядження Київської міської військової адміністрації від 29.09.2023 № 760 «Про встановлення тарифів на теплову енергію, виробництво теплової енергії, транспортування теплової енергії, постачання теплової енергії, послуги з постачання теплової енергії і гарячої води». Керуючись підпунктом 7 пункту 19 Особливостей: з огляду на зміну регульованих цін (тарифів), нормативів, внесено зміни в Договір. Керуючись підпунктом 1 пункту 19 Особливостей, зменшити обсяги закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника;
