Improvement of the quality of the subject of procurement provided that such improvement will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Extension of the contract term and fulfillment of obligations for transfer of goods, performance of works, provision of services in case of occurrence of documented objectively justified circumstances that caused such extension, including force majeure, delay in financing of customer's expenses, provided that such changes will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract

Note:
1. У зв’язку з встановленням нових тарифів на послуги з централізованого водовідведення, рішення виконавчого комітету Зборівської міської ради № 121 від 21 червня 2024 року “Про затвердження тарифів на послуги з централізованого водовідведення та керуючись п.7 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України “Про публічні закупівлі” Сторони домовились викласти п.2.3. Договору про надання послуг з поводження з централізованого водовідведення № 120/1 від 22 січня 2024 року в наступній редакції: Вартість водовідведення 1 м. куб. становить 9,65 грн.; в тому числі ПДВ-1,61 грн. 2. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання. 3. Дана Додаткова угода є невід’ємною частиною Договору про надання послуг з централізованого водовідведення № 120/1 від 22 січня 2024 року. 4. На підставі ч.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України ця Додаткова угода вважається укладеною з 01.07.2024 року та діє 31.12.2024 року. 5. Дана Додаткова угода набуває чинності з моменту підписання і діє до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань. 6. Ця Додаткова угода складена у двох автентичних примірниках, які мають однакову юридичну силу, -по одному для кожної із Сторін.

Note:
1. Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 170 грн. 80 коп. (сто сімдесять гривень, 80 копійок) та внести зміни в п. 5 Договору № 120/1, виклавши в наступній редакції: п.5 "Розмір щомісячної плати за надані послуги згідно з нормативами (нормами) споживання на момент укладення цього договору становить 1744 грн. 72 коп. (одна тисяча сімсот сорок чотири гривні, 72 копійки).Дані зміни вносяться у зв'язку із закінченням бюджетного року. 2. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов'язання 3. Ця Додаткова Угода є невід'ємною частиною Договору. 4. Ця Додаткова Угода складена у двох примірниках. що мають однакову юридичну силу, по одному для кожної із Сторін. 5. Ця Додаткова Угода набуває чинності з моменту підписання і діє до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов'язань.
