У відповідності до п.п.1 та п.п.7 пункту 19 постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 12.10.2022 № 1178 «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування», враховуючи Постанову НКРЕКП №928 від 23.05.2023 року «Про внесення змін до постанови НКПРЕП від 21 грудня 2022року №1810, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни до договору №03-8401/2 від 19.05.2023р. :
зменшити суму договору на 1,46грн. (одна гривня 46 копійок, в т. ч. ПДВ – 0,24грн. (нуль гривень 24 копійки);
зменшити обсяги закупівлі та змінити тарифи:
послуги з розподілу електричної енергії - 446кВт по 1,262грн. з ПДВ за 1 кВт *год; 730кВт по 1,565грн. з ПДВ за 1 кВт *год ; 2278кВт по 2,01936грн. з ПДВ за 1 кВт *год.
