1. Сторони дійшли згоди п. 4.3. розділу 4 «ПОРЯДОК РОЗРАХУНКІВ» Договору викласти в наступній редакції: «4.3. Строк постачання товару до 30.06.2021р.». 2. Інші умови Договору залишаються незмінними і обов’язковими для виконання Сторонами. 3. Ця Додаткова угода складена у двох примірниках, кожен з яких має однакову юридичну силу, знаходяться у кожної з сторін та є невід'ємною частиною до договору №22 від 13.04.2021р., набуває чинності з дати її підписання Сторонами та скріплення їх підписів печатками Сторін.
