На підставі пп.1, п. 19 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування, затверджених Постановою КМУ від 12 жовтня 2022 р. № 1178 зі змінами та відповідно до п.1.3 Договору № 3936 від 22.02.2024 року Сторони дійшли згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі та відповідно суму договору на 37919,41 грн. (Тридцять сім тисяч дев'ятсот дев'ятнадцять гривень 41 копійка.), та викласти п.3.3 в наступній редакції:
«3.3. Загальна сума Договору становить: 61328,09 грн. (Шістдесят одна тисяча триста двадцять вісім гривень 09 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ 10221,37 грн.»
