Note:
Керуючись п.2. ч.5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», відповідно до наявного коливання на ринку електричної енергії, Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10% у зв’язку із коливанням ціни такого товару на ринку, та без збільшення загальної вартості Договору. У разі зміни договору зобов’язання Сторін змінюються відповідно до змінених умов. Підсавою для підвищення є коливання ціни електричної енергії за результатом торгів на «операторі ринку» (https://www.oree.com.ua), а саме збільшення ціни електричної енергії на ринку ОЕС, що підтверджується довідкою Торгово-промислової палати.
