Керуючись вимогами Цивільного кодексу України, Господарського кодексу України, а також пунктом 5 статті Закону україни "Про публічні закупівлі", з метою продовження дії терміну дії договору про постачання електричної енергії постачальником універсальних послуг уклали Додаткову угоду та дійшли згоди: 1. Продовжити дію договору до 31 січня 2020р. 2. Визначення суми Договору на 2020 рік здійснити після затвердження в установленому порядку видатків Споживача. 3. Внести зміни з 01.01.2020 до Комерційної пропозиції, що є додатком №3 до Договору, виклавши її в новій редакції (Комерційна пропозиція додається/розташована на офіційному сайті у мережі Інтернет Постачальника).
