1. Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару за Договором та внести наступні зміни до Договору: 1.1. Викласти пункт 5.2 Договору в наступній редакції: «5.2. Ціна за 1000 м.куб. газу за цим договором на природний газ є договірною і становить 60067,03 грн., у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 10011,17 грн. та з врахування замовленої договірної потужності.» 2. Дана Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дати її підписання та, відповідно до ч.З ст. 631 ЦКУ. поширює свою дію на відносини, що склались між сторонами з 01 серпня 2022 року та діє до 31 грудня 2022 року, в частині проведення розрахунків Ч до їх повного здійснення.
