Керуючись положеннями Закону України «Про ринок електричної енергії», п. 1,та п.2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» № 922-VІІІ від 25.12.2015 та згідно п.4.2. Договору, у зв’язку із збільшенням ціни за одиницю товару внаслідок коливання ціни електричної енергії на ринку « на добу наперед» (РДН) в торговій зоні ОЕС (об’єднаної енергетичної системи ), дійшли до згоди внести зміни в пункти 1.3,4.1
