1. Керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Договору №40 від 22.02.2021р. на закупівлю за кодом ДК021:2015:15510000-6 «Молоко та вершки» (молоко рідинне, оброблене 2,5 %), КЕКВ 2230, Сторони дійшли згоди щодо зменшення обсягів товару, а саме:
- Молоко рідинне, оброблене 2,5 % у пакетах до 1 л – на 4 кг до 10246 кг.
Сторони домовились зменшити суму договору на 75,84 грн. (сімдесят п’ять грн. 84 коп.) з ПДВ.
2. Викласти пункт 3.2. Договору в наступній редакції: «3.2. Загальна ціна Договору визначена згідно з Додатком 1 до Договору (Специфікація) та становить 194264 грн. 16 коп. (сто дев’яносто чотири тисячі двісті шістдесят чотири грн. 16 коп.) з ПДВ.»
