«3.1. Загальна ціна Послуг за Договором визначається на підставі Додатку № 2 – «Перелік та вартість послуг загону пожежної безпеки ДП «МПТ «Южний», який є невід’ємною частиною Договору, та складає 94 642,30 грн. (дев’яносто чотири тисячі шістсот сорок дві грн., 30 коп.) без ПДВ. ПДВ складає 18 928,46 грн. (вісімнадцять тисяч дев’ятсот двадцять вісім грн., 46 коп.). Разом з ПДВ 113 570,76 грн. (сто тринадцять тисяч п’ятсот сімдесят грн., 76 коп.).».
- Відповідно до пункту 8.5. Договору Сторони досягли згоди Розділ 10. «МІСЦЕЗНАХОДЖЕННЯ ТА БАНКІВСЬКІ РЕКВІЗИТИ СТОРІН» в частині банківських реквізитів Виконавця викласти в наступній редакції:
