Під час виконання умов договору № 89 від 19.02.2021 року виникла необхідність збільшити вартість договору на 5536,80 грн.
Попередній план закупівлі UA-P-2021-02-19-008058-b створений на суму 14371,20 грн. на підставі створеного плану закупівлі сформовано закупівлю UA-2021-02-19-008176-b та укладено договір № 89 від 19.02.2021 року тому виникла необхідність формування нового плану закупівлі та внесення змін до договору.
23.06.2021 року сформовано новий план закупівлі UA-P-2021-06-23-006610-c на суму 5536,80 грн.
