Сторони дійшли згоди укласти додаткову угоду на продовження строку дії Договору №3/20у від 22.01.2020 року на строк достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2021 року, відповідно до п.6.ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. Додаткова угода набирає чинності з дати підписання сторонами та діє до “31” січня 2021р., а в частині виконання грошових зобов’язань за цією угодою – до моменту повного та належного виконання Сторонами усіх своїх грошових зобов’язань
