Сторони, а кожна окремо Сторона), керуючись вимогами Цивільного кодексу України, Господарського кодексу України, Правил роздрібного ринку електричної енергії, затверджених постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 14 березня 2018 року № 312 (далі - ПРРЕЕ), а також пунктом 5 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», уклали цю додаткову угоду до договору про закупівлю електричної енергії у постачальника універсальних послуг № 2500000514 від 19.02.2020р. (далі - Договір) про наступне:
1.Пункт 4.1. Договору доповнити новим абзацем наступного змісту’: «Ціна за електричну енергію (за 1кВт*год): з 01.04.2020 складає 2,1264 гри. (з ПДВ)”.
2.У зв'язку із зменшенням ціни за електричну енергію, зменшити суму договору на 4642,13 грн. та пункт 4.4. Договору викласти у новій редакції:
«4.4. Вартість електричної енергії за Договором визначається з урахуванням суми очікуваної вартості обсягів постачання ел.ен. протягом періоду, вказаного у пункті 1.3 Договору, та становить: 239357,86 грн.,ПДВ-39892,98 грн.
