Керуючись п.п.2 п.19 Особливостей та ЗУ "Про публічні закупівлі" Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару Дизельне паливо (Євро 5), внаслідок коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, яке відбулося з моменту укладення договору в частині зміни ціни за одиницю товару. Зміна ціни за одиницю товару відбулась пропорційно коливанню ціни такого товару на ринку та складає 6,48 %. Документальне підтвердження - довідка з Торгово - промислової палати № 24-14-05/675 від 11.10.2023 року.
