Підстава для укладенння прямого договору про постачання електроенергії за січень 2025 - код ДК 021:2015: 09310000-5 Електрична енергія підпункт 5 абзацу 5 пункт 13 Особливостей: укладається договір з постачальником “останньої надії” або з постачальником універсальної послуги на постачання електричної енергії або природного газу.
Постачальники “останньої надії” – це визначені Кабінетом міністрів України суб’єкти господарювання, які не мають права відмовити замовнику укласти договір на обмежений період часу за певних обставин. Наприклад, якщо попередній постачальник втратив ліцензію на постачання електричної енергії/газу і замовник раптово може залишитись без електроенергії/газу. Такий прямий договір може бути укладений на 90 днів по електричній енергії, на 60 днів по природному газу.
