Note:
1.Сторони вирішили викласти пункт 6.3 Договору у наступній редакції:
1.1. «п.6.3. Строк виконання Робіт: до 31 грудня 2018 року в тому числі будівельно-монтажні та пусконалагоджувальні Роботи. Строк виконання Робіт починає свій перебіг з останньої дати здійснення Сторонами п. 6.1. цього Договору. Строки виконання окремих видів Робіт передбачаються Календарним графіком виконання робіт (термін виконання в календарному графіку обчисленні по основним видам робіт), який є невід’ємною частиною цього Договору.».
2. Викласти Додаток № 2 «Календарний графік виконання робіт» у новій редакції, що додається до цієї Додаткової угоди і є невід’ємною її частиною.

Note:
Керуючись пунктами 1 та 4 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» сторони домовились продовжити строк дії договору і виконання зобов’язань щодо виконання робіт та викласти пункти 3.1, 5.5, 6.3 та 13.1 Договору у новій редакції.
Строк виконання Робіт: до 30 червня 2019 року за винятком пусконалагоджувальних робіт по системі опалення та вентиляції, які мають бути закінчені до 30.10.2019 р.
Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати підписання його Сторонами і діє до 31 грудня 2019 року та в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором.
