1. Сторони, керуючись пунктом 3.4 розділу 3 «ВАРТІСТЬ РОБІТ (СУМА ДОГОВОРУ)», пунктом 11.2 розділу 11 «ПРИКІНЦЕВІ ПОЛОЖЕННЯ» Договору та відповідно до пункту 5 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», прийшли до згоди змінити ціну в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості робіт).
2. В зв’язку зі зміною банківських реквізитів Підрядника, керуючись п. 11.2. Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди внести зміни до Договору в розділ 13 «ЮРИДИЧНІ АДРЕСИ ТА РЕКВІЗИТИ СТОРІН» в частині банківських реквізитів Підрядника.

в зв’язку з перерозподілом обсягів фінансування на 2018 рік, сума зобов’язань Сторін за Договором на 2018 рік відповідно до розпоряджень виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації) від 06.03.2018 № 346 «Про затвердження адресного переліку об’єктів для виконання робіт з капітального ремонту в межах бюджетних призначень на 2018 рік, затверджених Департаменту транспортної інфраструктури виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації)» та від 11.12.2018 № 2237 «Про внесення змін до адресного переліку об’єктів для виконання робіт з капітального ремонту в межах бюджетних призначень на 2018 рік, затверджених Департаменту транспортної інфраструктури виконавчого органу Київської міської ради (Київської міської державної адміністрації)» складає 22 789 460,41 грн. (двадцять два мільйони сімсот вісімдесят дев’ять тисяч чотириста шістдесят гривень 41 копійка) з урахуванням ПДВ 20%, таким чином, сума зобов’язань збільшується на 12 789 460,41 грн.
