1.Згідно з частиною шостою статті 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупевлі", та пункту 3.5. Договору Сторони погодили продовжити строк дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення Замовником процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в Договорі , укладеному в попередньому році, після затвердження видатків на цю мету в установленому порядку.

Сторони погодили, що вартість послуг Виконавця у 2022 році складає 222 480,00 грн. без ПДВ , що не перевищує 20% від суми визначеної у договорі про закупівлю укладеному у попередньому році з урахуванням всіх додаткових угод.
Сторони вирішили , що дія додаткової угоди застосовується до відносин між ними,які виникли з 01.01.2022 року.
