Постачальник з урахуванням пункту 19 Особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування та пункту, затверджених постановою КМУ від 19.10.2022 № 1178, та на підставі частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», якою передбачено, що дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку ,керуючись умовами пункту 13.8. Договору, статтею 188 Господарського кодексу України, статтями 651, 652, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, дійшли взаємної згоди укласти цю додаткову угоду до договору про постачання електричної енергії споживачу № 27.01.2022-2Е від 27.01.2022 р.

ПДВ-470622,34 грн.( Чотириста сімдесят тисяч шістсот двадцять дві гривні 34 копійки). Сума цього договору з 01.01.2023 р. по 31.01.2023 р. не перевищує 20 загальної суми договору за 2022 рік та становить 107122,00 грн.( Сто сім тисяч сто двадцять дві гривні 00 копійок) у т.ч.
