Відповідно ч.5 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" сторони домовилися про продовження дії договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в договорі, укладеному в попередньому році. Згідно вищенаведеного строк дії договору продовжити до 31 березня 2018 року. Суму договору збільшити на 91 695,90 грн. і відповідно загальна вартість договору становить 551 759,52 грн.
