Відповідно до листа Підрядника №21 від 28.02.2023 року, 1. щодо продовження виконання робіт у зв’язку з несприятливими погодними умовами, а саме встановлення дорожніх знаків, влаштування дородньої розмітки, та продовження дії воєнного стану на території України згідно Указу ПУ №64/2022 (із змінами), Сторони домовилися внести зміни в зазначені пункти Договору - п.2.1.; п.2.2. Розділ 2. Строки виконання робіт. - Закінчення виконання Робіт до 30.09.2023 року; 2. також у зв’язку зі зміною реквізитів (формуванням нового адміністративно-територіального устрою проведена реєстрація змін в ЄДР та визначено місцезнаходження Підрядника - ТОВ "Дорбуд 777"), Сторони домовилися внести зміни в зазначені пункти Договору та викласти в новій редакції - в зв’язку відсутністю функціонала «Зміни за згодою сторін» в системі Прозоро, така зміна відбувається через функціонал «Покращення якості».
