Врахувавши лист Постачальника від 26.02.2020 року №0220-26/5, наданий Експертний висновок Черкаської торгово-промислової палати № О-161 від 26.02.2020 року,керуючись Законом України «Про ринок природного газу», нормами чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, п.п.4.2,10.4 Договору № 27 від 30.01.2020р. та відповідно пункту 2 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922 VIII від 25.12.2015р., дійшли згоди про укладення даної додаткової угоди до Договору поставки природного газу № 27 від 30.01.2020р.
