1. З метою покращення якості предмета закупівлі внести зміни до коштоису, який є додатком до договору закупівлі за державні кошти № 8 від "16" червня 2021 р. виклавши у наступній редакції, що додається (уточнюючий кошторис).
2. Внести зміни до пункту 3.1. договору закупівлі за державні кошти №8 від "16" червня 2021 р. виклавши у наступній редакції:
3.1. Ціна Договору становить 399 000 грн. 00 коп. в тому числі ПДВ 23 574,74 грн.(ПДВ зменшилось на 42 925,26 грн.).
3. Дана Додаткова угода складена у трьох екземплярах, кожний із яких має однакову юридичну силу та є невід'ємною частиною Договору закупівлі за державні кошти № 8 від "16" червня 2021 р.
