Note:
1. Зменшити ціну на Дизельне паливо Євро (ДСТУ 7688-2015). Рівень нової ціни складатиме 17,42грн. з ПДВ за 1,0 літр палива.
1. Збільшити загальну суму Договору та пункт 5.2.1. викласти в наступній редакції:
5.2.1. Загальна вартість Договору складає 2 494 459,60 гривень (два мільйони чотириста дев’яносто чотири тисячі чотириста п’ятдесят дев’ять гривень 60 коп.) у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 415 743,27 гривень (чотириста п'ятнадцять тисяч сімсот сорок три гривні 27 коп.)
2. Ввести в дію Специфікацію №2 від 17.10.2016 року до Договору №20 від 20.09.2016 року та викласти в наступній редакції:

4. Сума Договору збільшується і Сторони викладають пункт 5.2.1 Договору в новій редакції:
«5.2.1 Загальна вартість Договору згідно оформлених Специфікацій (№ 1, № 2 та № 3) становить 3 357 016 грн. 64 коп. (три мільйони триста п’ятдесят сім тисяч шістнадцять грн.. 64 коп.), у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 559 502 грн. 77 коп. (п’ятсот п’ятдесят дев’ять тисяч п’ятсот дві грн. 77 коп.).
5. Даною Додатковою угодою № 2 Сторони вносять зміни до розділу 11 «Термін дії Договору та інші умови» і п. 11.1 - подовжують термін дії Договору до 31.12.2017 року.
