виникла необхідність внесення змін до Договору №37502929 від 15.03.2021 у зв’язку з зміною цін на ринку, що підтверджується експертним висновком Херсонської Торгово-промислової палати №Ве-127 (001719) від 23.04.2021 (виданий після проведення відкритих торгів) про коливання ціни електричної енергії, а саме збільшення ціни електроенергії в квітні на 3,33% порівняно з березнем місяцем поточного року відповідно зменшивши кількість закупівлі без збільшення суми Договору за предметом, код, національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 «Єдиний закупівельний словник» – «09310000-5» Електрична енергія.
