Внесення змін до договору: згідно положень пунктів 1,2 частини 5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», з урахуванням дистанційного періоду роботи закладів освіти Южноукраїнської міської територіальної громади, у зв’язку з надходженням листа-повідомлення постачальника ТОВ Ольга-Плюс від 19.08.2022 року (вхідний управління від 22.08.2022 №1537), листа-повідомлення Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю Агро-Інвест, інформації Міністерства фінансів України щодо коливання ціни на м’ясні продукти (свинина лопатка) станом на квітень-липень 2022 року, у зв’язку з надзвичайними, невідворотними та об’єктивними обставинами для замовника, що підтверджені листом Торгово-промислової палати України від 28.02.2022 №2024/02.0-7.1,а саме військовою агресією Російської Федерації проти України, що стало підставою введення воєнного стану зменшено ціну договору на 56500,01 грн. Також, на виконання рішень сесій Южноукраїнської міської ради змінено типи та перейменовано заклади загальної середньої освіти та викладено п.2.2. у новій редакції
